JD Fortune says he felt immense pressure when he replaced the late Michael Hutchence as frontman of Australian group INXS.
"At the start I was fighting three stigmas - reality TV, treading in the shoes of Michael Hutchence and dealing with all the fans that were done with the band," Fortune said. "The first three months were very trying for us. But by the end of our first concert [the fans] got the fact that it wasn't Michael Hutchence up there."
