Director James Cameron is teaming up with Arnold Schwarzenegger to produce a docu-series about global warming.
The New Zealand-based Avatar filmmaker and veteran action man will air the project, Years of Living Dangerously, in six to eight hour-long episodes on US network Showtime next year.
Longtime environmental champions Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, and Alec Baldwin have signed up to serve as narrators, with climate expert Daniel Abbasi also lending his support.
"We'll make it exciting. We'll make it investigative. We'll bring people the truth, and people are always hungry for the truth," Cameron told industry publication Variety.
Executive producer David Nevins insists the development of the series couldn't come at a better time since America's North East is still reelling from superstorm Sandy.
