Actor Hugh Jackman has called for increased pressure on world leaders to make progress in climate change talks at the United Nations in New York this week.
The star of Australia and X-Men joins several high profile forces, including former British prime minister Tony Blair, to send out the environmental message.
UN secretary-general Ban Ki Moon who said it was time to put the "heat" on the 100 world leaders in New York for the talks ahead of a summit in Copenhagen in December which it's hoped will finalise targets for greenhouse gas emissions.
Jackman said he promised poor families that he would use his voice to urge negotiators not to overlook poorer countries.
