Jackman cements his place in Hollywood

Hugh Jackman has cemented his claws and paws in Hollywood history.

The Australian star of X-Men Origins: Wolverine was honoured at a ceremony outside Hollywood Boulevard's historic Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where his hand and footprints were immortalised in cement.

Jackman's markings sit alongside the legends of Hollywood, with the likes of Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne and Frank Sinatra.

In X-Men Origins: Wolverine Jackman plays a clawed mutant seeking revenge against his brother, Victor Creed.
