The woman who co-write Miley Cyrus' megahit Wrecking Ball will be in New Zealand later this month to collaborate with local artists.
American songwriter MoZella, who has also worked with Rihanna, Madonna and One Direction, will be part of a team of the world's top music makers who are coming to New Zealand to host a Songhubs workshop for five days.
While the New Zealand artists taking part in the programme haven't been announced, MoZella will be joined by Sacha Skarbek and Lindy Robbins at Auckland's Roundhead Studios from February 22-26.
Skarbek co-wrote James Blunt's biggest hit You're Beautiful and has worked with Adele, Gwen Stefani and Lana Del Rey, while Robbins has written songs for Jason Derulo, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and 5 Seconds of Summer.
APRA's Manager of NZ Member Services Victoria Kelly said the initiative was "unprecedented".
