Dr Conrad Murray fears he will die in prison.
The medic is serving time in Los Angeles County Jail for the involuntary manslaughter of his patient Michael Jackson - who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 - and is pleading with a judge to move him as he feels the conditions of the jail are taking a serious physical toll on his body.
Murray's lawyer told gossip website TMZ.com he is only getting fresh air once a month, and clean underwear once a week.
This is said to be badly affecting his health with his hair, nails, and skin in bad condition and him suffering from a constant headache, which he is worried is a brain tumour.
Murray also says he's been refused medical attention and has not been allowed to see a doctor.
