KEY POINTS:
Finally the pictures we have been waiting to see ... a visibly pregnant Keisha Castle-Hughes looking very uncomfortable on a shopping trip.
Yes, our Keisha has about a month to go, despite it looking like it could be any day now in photographs in New Idea. The 16-year-old Oscar-nominated actress caused a stir when it was revealed that she was pregnant by her 19-year-old boyfriend Bradley Hull. At the time she was playing the Virgin Mary in the film The Nativity Story.
Keisha recently returned from South Australia where she had been filming the comedy-drama Hey, Hey, It's Esther Bluburger with Toni Collette. The New Idea photographs show Keisha helping her mother Desrae with her baby half-brother while shopping at Countdown in Papakura, South Auckland.
Speaking of babies, aren't you getting a bit tired of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. It seems the wheels are coming off the relationship a bit, with Angie resisting Pitt's attempts to marry her. Woman's Weekly has Jolie questioning "why marriage is so important to him". The problem it seems is that the self-styled saviour of the Third World would probably never have married her first two husbands if they had not demanded it. Angie wants to adopt another baby, while Brad wants to make it all legal. Well, you should have stuck with Jen, Brad.
A slightly more real Hollywood couple in the making is Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant. It seems Hugh has kicked Jemima Khan for touch and fallen for former wildchild Drew on the set of their romantic comedy Music & Lyrics. New Idea, Woman's Day and Woman's Weekly all have the latest on the new hook-up. An insider on set says: "The chemistry between Hugh and Drew was electric. You could feel the love in the air - when the cameras were rolling and when they were off. Watching them prepare for a sex scene ... there were real sparks." .
All three mags carry features on Britney Spears' locks shock, with pictures of the out-of-control singer shaving her head.
Oh, have you heard that Rachel Hunter has a hot, new body? It seems like every few months we are reading about Rachel and her new bod. But, here we are again with Woman's Day so excited about it that they have put her on their front cover.
The Day also has an item about how Michael Murphy quit the reality series Treasure Island: Pirates of the Pacific because he wanted to catch up with his band, 5star Fallout, who were touring overseas. He might, however, regret the following statement aimed at fellow contestant Wendell Sailor: "It just seemed really unnatural to be on the beach with a big black man in Speedos." Other items of interest include Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson being seen more in public, Prince Harry partying hard before shipping off to Iraq and Tania Dalton revealing that she gave up netball to put her family first.
