When Daniel Craig was asked in October, 2015 if he'd consider making a fifth James Bond movie, the actor had some pretty choice comments about it.
"I'd rather slash my wrists," he told TimeOut, adding "We're all done. All I want to do is move on".
Now, less than two years after those comments, the actor is seemingly about to eat his words after numerous sources told the Mirror the 49-year-old is gearing up to sign on for a fifth movie.
According to the publication, the franchise's producer Barbara Broccoli is said to have secured Craig and is also "determined" to nab Adele's talents for the soundtrack.
A source said: "Craig and Adele together are the winning team, the ultimate choice, the money spinners. It's taken time but Daniel has come round, and the strong consensus in the Bond offices is that Mr Craig is 007 again. As for Adele, she's more of an unknown quantity but loved being part of Bond, so the signs are positive."
