Hugh Sundae has been appointed as the new General Manager of the alternative radio station bFM.
The move sees Sundae returning to his old stomping ground after five years as entertainment video editor at NZ Herald.
"Hugh started here as a volunteer aged 14, worked his way through various roles on and off air before launching a successful career in television in New Zealand and the United Kingdom," said bFM trustee, Simon Telfer.
"His recent experience as the digital entertainment producer at NZME. for the Herald and his entrepreneurial flair staging the NZ Film Awards is highly relevant to bFM's future as a content generator."
Sundae said he was "intensely excited" about joining bFM again. He takes over the role on March 30.
