LONDON - Hopes of a Led Zeppelin reunion tour faded today when singer Robert Plant said he would tour with US country singer Alison Krauss in May.
There has been speculation the ageing rockers would embark on a full tour after their one-off concert this week in London received rave reviews.
Plant announced on his website that he and Krauss would be touring Britain and Europe in May.
The pair's Raising Sand tour is expected to be followed by US dates in the middle of the year.
However, there have been rumours that Led Zeppelin, which inspired a generation of rock fans 30 years ago, may perform a number of shows at venues such as New York's Madison Square Garden and Britain's Glastonbury festival.
