The female police officer who arrested Amber Heard for domestic violence in 2009 has hit back at charges cops were "homophobic" during the airport incident.
The Danish Girl star was slapped with a misdemeanour charge seven years ago, following a public altercation with her then-girlfriend, photographer Tasya van Ree, at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington.
Heard was accused of hitting van Ree in the arm, and was taken in for booking. She faced the charge in court the next day, but prosecutors decided against pursuing the count as both she and Tasya were residents of California, not Washington.

On Wednesday, Tasya broke her silence to refute the arrest reports, insisting her ex was "wrongfully accused for an incident that was misinterpreted and over-sensationalised by two individuals in a power position".
