Country music singer Keith Urban will head back to the United States to resume his alcohol rehabilitation treatment after a holiday in Australia with his wife Nicole Kidman.
Urban is in rehab at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs. He has been in Sydney since Boxing Day and plans to spend several weeks there before returning to the centre.
