A property development group is suing heiress Nicky Hilton for breach of contract over a delayed hotel renovation project in Chicago.
Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply and Restaurant alleged that Hilton hasn't kept up her end of an agreement, in which she promised to promote Nicky O's, a Nicky Hilton Hotel in Chicago.
They also claimed that Hilton contracted out interior design work she was supposed to carry out and tried to charge it back to the developer, and that she misrepresented that she and her associates had experience in hotel design.
