are expecting, according to several net reports.

E! Online

claims that the German glamazon, 35, is three months pregnant with her baby number four, her third with Grammy-nominated singer Seal, 46.

The Klum clan currently consists of

Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel

, 3, and

Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samue

l, 2.

Seal is also the adoptive father of

Helene "Leni" Klum

, whose dad is Italian businessman

.

Rumours of a possible visit from the proverbial stork emerged after sketches of Klum's couture gowns she will wear on US TV series

leaked online. The gowns were apparently modified to accommodate a baby bump.

"Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!" A snitch tells

Klum has hinted in the past that she'd like to add to her brood, telling

magazine last July, "So many people say, 'I am so done.' That hasn't come out of my mouth, and it hasn't come out of Seal's mouth either. I feel like we still have one coming."

Klum and Seal married in Mexico in May 2005 after the singer popped the question on Christmas Eve 2004.

Reps for Klum are currently spouting the standard "no comment" line.
