KEY POINTS:
The latest twist in the Heath Ledger tragedy sees the masseuse who found the actor's body facing the possibility of jail time.
Diana Lee Wolozin does not hold a state licence to perform massage therapy. Nor is she listed on the New York State Education Department's website, which tracks licensed health care professionals.
Licensed massage therapists are supposed to be certified in CPR.
Practicing massage therapy without a license is a felony; Wolozin could face fines or jail time.
"We have notified the New York City Police Department as part of their investigation that no one by that name is licensed as a massage therapist in the state of New York," Jonathan Burman, spokesman for the New York State Education Department, tells Usmagazine.com.
It is not known whether Wolzin, who made three phone calls to Mary-Kate Olsen before she even called 911, faces police charges.

Britney's sick, y'all!
Well, talk about a truism.
TMZ cameras caught up with Unfitney as she cavorted around LA in her car, and she yet again demonstrated some of her trademark oddball behaviour.
When asked by a photographer how she felt about Heath Ledger's death, Spears replied in her best British accent, "He's still here. Oh yes. No one ever really dies. No one."
The singer then spent some time chatting to photographers and admitted that she's not well.
"I'm already very sick - but in a good way," she said after being offered a coat to keep her shoulders warm in the rain.
And when quizzed about the presence of her alleged lover Adnan Ghalib, she replied: "Who's that?"
Check out the footage.
