Harrison Ford has hinted he may not be completely finished with playing Han Solo in the Star Wars films.
Harrison returned as Han Solo for the latest installment in the sci-fi franchise, Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens. However, fans were left shocked when the ageing space smuggler was killed off in the latest movie.
Despite Han's journey in the Star Wars universe seeming to come to a definitive end, when asked by a BBC News interviewer whether he could return as the character the actor said, "Anything's possible in space, and the movies."
Casting rumours have linked the 73-year-old with a possible return, with two possibilities being that he will feature in flashback sequences or appear as a ghostly figure, as deceased characters Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker did in the third film of the original trilogy, Episode VI - Return of The Jedi.
The veteran action star doesn't have any regrets over his character's death though, saying, "I wanted Han Solo to sacrifice himself for the good of the other characters to bring some gravitas to the story."
