Gwyneth Paltrow has defended Kim Kardashian against jibes about her weight.
The reality TV star is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West and has been the subject of ridicule for her weight gain, leading mother-of-two Gwyneth to stand up for her.
She told ET Online: "I think that women should support each other, especially through pregnancy, it's a difficult time and I think Kim Kardashian looks absolutely beautiful.
"And we're supposed to gain weight when pregnant - that's how God intended it."
Molly Sims also showed her support for Kim, saying: "I love that she has embraced it and that she is still wearing whatever she wants to wear. I'm kind of jealous. I like it."
