Jeremy Renner's estranged wife is seeking primary custody of their 22-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin.
Sonni Pacheco, who filed for divorce from the Bourne Legacy star in December after 11 months of marriage, claims his house is unsafe for a child because he has a gun collection and his swimming pool is exposed.
The 23-year-old Canadian model, who currently shares 50/50 custody with the 43-year-old star, says in a new court document that his Los Angeles mansion was much safer when she lived there, as the pool was protected by fences and his guns were locked up but alleges he now keeps a weapon out in the open, behind a bar.
The brunette beauty is also seeking significant child support payments because she claims Jeremy has US$13 million (NZ$17m) in assets and earned approximately US$3.5 million (NZ$4.8m) last year, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
She claims the Hurt Locker star told her to "get a job" when she told him he would have pay child support and also wants him to pay $75,000 for her legal fees and an additional $25,000 for other legal expenses.
