Guardians of the Galaxy sure is funny but don't let the humour fool you - it has been deemed the deadliest film of all time.
According to a new study it has been found that the Marvel film has more on-screen casualties than any other film in cinema history. 83,761 to be exact (80,000 of these are unnamed Nova Corp pilots).
The film's director James Gunn tweeted about the honour, writing: "So I guess #GotG is now the deadliest film in movie history. By, like, a lot. Um, yay?"
In second place is 2014 film Dracula Untold which sits at 78,184 below that total (5,687).
