Acclaimed indie act Grizzly Bear are coming to New Zealand in November.
The Brooklyn five-piece released a new song - called Sleeping Ute - today, and took the opportunity to announce a world tour at the same time.
That tour, beginning in September in Knoxville, ends with two New Zealand tour dates: November 20 at Wellington's Opera House, and November 21 at Auckland's Bruce Mason Centre.
November is shaping up as a busy month on the music calendar, with visits from Coldplay, Radiohead and The Black Keys already booked in.
Sleeping Ute is the first new material fans have heard from Grizzly Bear since the release of Veckatimist in 2009, the band's breakthrough album that was heralded as the second best album of that year by online tastemakers Stereogum.
