KEY POINTS:
Gisele Bundchen is planning to launch her own lingerie line with high street chain H+M, it has been claimed.
The Brazilian supermodel - who has just quit as the face of Victoria's Secret lingerie - is said to have been in negotiations to begin work on her own underwear label for some time.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Gisele is negotiating a lingerie line. She has been in talks with H+M for a long time."
The 26-year-old - who formerly dated Leonardo DiCaprio and is now romantically involved with American footballer Tom Brady - was the top Victoria's Secret Angel for several years, but allegedly quit after they refused to increase her US$5 million annual salary.
A source told Brazilian website Glamurana last week: "Her demands were outrageous. She got a new lawyer who was unrealistic.
"Victoria's Secret doesn't care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won't have to deal with any craziness."
Gisele's sister, Patricia Bundchen, confirmed the model has broken off her contract talks with the lingerie company.
A representative for Victoria's Secret declined to comment.
