The flame-haired singer was spotted attending a private addiction clinic and an over-eaters' group earlier this week - prompting fears that she Spice Girl might pull out of the re-formed group's December world tour.
Geri, who has battled with eating disorder bulimia in the past, reportedly looked tired and dishevelled as she made her way between appointments in London's West End.
But Geri made sure she had some moral support during her visits - she was accompanied by her pet shitzu Harry, according to British newspaper The Sun.
