Hollywood hunk George Clooney has shot down rumours suggesting he's cheating on his girlfriend Stacy Keibler.
In Touch Weekly editors reported on Wednesday that the Up In The Air star had been spotted cosying up to a former flame, Croatian model Monika Jakisic, in London over the weekend, while former wrestler Keibler was in Monte Carlo for the Monaco Grand Prix.
However, the typically laid-back actor is furious about the allegations and has taken the unusual step of issuing a statement to clear up the erroneous claims.
It reads: "The story is made up. I wasn't holding anybody's hand. Stop trying to sell magazines by creating scandal that isn't there."
Clooney, who is on location in the UK filming The Monuments Men, was previously linked to Jakisic in 2007.
