Gary Busey caught pulling pants down in public amid sex crime charges

Gary Busey has been exposed.

The 78-year-old actor was spotted over the weekend with his pants pulled down mere days after he was charged with sex crimes.

Page Six has reported the Point Break star was photographed sitting on a bench at Point Dume Park in Malibu when he pulled his black sweatpants down to his knees.

With a smile on his face the actor sat with his hands crossed over his legs before proceeding to untie the sweatpants so he could properly pull them back up. He then continued to sit on the park bench for 30 minutes smoking a cigar.

While it is unclear why the star pulled down his pants it's not the first time he has done so.

He was called out for pulling his pants down in 2014 while appearing on the UK version of Celebrity Big Brother.

After being confronted by fellow Big Brother stars, TV personality Dee Kelly and dancer Jordan James, for wearing no underwear, the star said "I know." - going on to explain, "When my knee pops out on the lateral side, I sit down and restrap the knee. You haven't been to the doctor. You haven't had a bad knee."

Despite the star's 2014 explanation, Page Six noted he was not seen restrapping his knee on the park bench.

The inappropriate photos the Herald has chosen not to publish come days after the star was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment.

AP News reported the charges stem from offences at the annual Monster Mania Convention at the Doubletree Hotel on August 12-14 in Cherry Hill, a Philadelphia suburb, police said.

Busey, who lives in Malibu, California, was scheduled as a featured guest for all three days of the event.

Busey is widely known as a character actor, largely in supporting roles, though he came to attention and was nominated for an Oscar for best actor for playing the title role in the 1978 film "The Buddy Holly Story."
