Lady Gaga was hit in the head by a metal pole during her last New Zealand show, giving the pop star concussion.
The singer was performing the song Judas about halfway through her Vector Arena show in Auckland when a large metal pole fell and hit her on the head.
Video clips posted on YouTube show a backup performer striking Gaga with the set prop while removing it from the central stage.
Gaga, holding a mock machinegun, staggers and rubs her head before briefly leaving the stage. At the time, she promised fans the show would go on.
TMZ.com reported the singer as saying: "I want to apologise. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don't you worry, I will finish this show."
