Movie bosses are planning to continue the Fast & Furious movies without late star Paul Walker and hope to extend the franchise to 10 films.
The seventh instalment in the action series, Furious 7, was thrown into jeopardy when the actor was killed in a fiery car crash last year.
But production continued after Walker's two brothers stepped in to act as his body doubles.
The movie is due to hit cinemas next year, and producers have now confirmed they hope to continue the franchise with three more films.
"We think there's at least three more. Paul is, and always will be, an integral part of the story. But there are many other great characters, and it's also an opportunity to introduce new characters. I think it's still a growing franchise," Universal Pictures chairwoman Donna Langley told The Hollywood Reporter.
