Frances Bean's drawn out battle with ex Isaiah Silva has finally come to a close.
The couple was finally able to reach a property agreement, according to TMZ, in which the daughter of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain will look one of the musicians prized guitars.
The 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic guitar was famously played by the rocker during his iconic MTV Unplugged performance in 1993, shortly before his death.
Isaiah insisted Frances gave him the guitar as a gift and so it is his to keep, while the daughter of Kurt and Hole songstress Courtney Love was emphatic that she would never have given him a 'priceless family heirloom'.
Insiders say that Bean was keen on moving on and didn't want to prolong things anymore with further court dates and hearings, which is why she's let go of the fight.
