Frenemies get their claws out
Well-publicised frenemies Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts allegedly snubbed each other at this year's Oscars. "Cracks" in their relationship (which must be at near breaking point by now) began when both took on roles in biopics, Watts in Diana and Kidman in Grace of Monaco. An 'insider' intimates Watts has also never "clicked" with Kidman's husband Keith Urban like she did with ex Tom Cruise.
This tension led to Kidman "shunning" the prestigious post-Oscars Vanity Fair bash in favour of a dinner with Hollywood outcasts like Meryl Streep, Oscar's host Neil Patrick Harris, Scarlett Johannson and Cate Blanchett. How could she?
Kidman was also supposedly avoiding arch rival, American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, to whom she has "laid down the law" warning her to stay away from her husband and fellow judge Keith Urban. Having "watched them cosying up on the show for so long" and fears other TV projects may plan to "exploit Keith and Jennifer's chemistry". Lopez, it appears, left her manners back in the block.

Having a husband with a profession is proving too much for the Duchess of Cambridge. Kate's greatest nightmare - staying at home alone in the English Countryside while Will works - is causing her crippling insecurity.
Despite their two nannies, an old, obviously loyal, school friend tells New Idea "Kate's biggest fear is that she will be like a single mum at a time she needs Wills most, and that's not what she signed up for." What's worse, is the gardener and housekeeper have recently quit to work for the Queen, leaving Kate in desperate circumstances.
"Career-enforced estrangement" has victimised other royal couples in the past, something New Idea reports is to blame for Prince Andrew and Fergie's demise. The Duchess's only treat has been identified as her 'once a week trip to the supermarket'. At least the supermarket won't abandon you, Kate.
Poor traumatised sex symbol ...

International sex symbol, Bill Nighy, was left traumatised after being chased down the streets by kiwi women. His irresistable appeal Woman's Weekly claims credits to his "clothes of a gent and mouth of a sailor" as well as being an "enigma". This led to him being mobbed by an "overzealous" bachorlette party in New Zealand.
Despite all this female attention, Nighy is still felt overshadowed in his latest film The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel by Richard Gere - declaring himself invisible to women when the Pretty Woman star was near.
Obviously Nighy is still humble about his status as sex god to all "young hens", kiwi or otherwise, which perhaps keeps them pecking down his door.

Bad girl Riri is leading a racy love triangle with a nightclub owner Richie Akvia and notorious lothario, Leonardo DiCaprio. You go, girl. Apparently her 27th birthday party was thrown by the two men, dividing her famous friends into Team Richie and Team Leo.
Naomi Campbell was reportedly followed Rihanna around the entire night "raving how Leo is ready to settle down and have a child" - something he has clearly demonstrated in the past. Campbell's lobbying led to an exchange of "tense words" between her and Richie.
DiCaprio is apparently not enough to get Rihanna's heart racing leaving the Wolf of Wall Street star rejected and alone. Classic Leo, never getting the girl.

"Bedroom action" is the spurr for Kirsty Alley's third dramatic weightloss, hoping the weight will revive both her lovelife and acting career. The Fat Actress star is determined to, this time, keep the weight off for good.
Jenny Craig dieters will be excited to know a friend of the star revealed the Jenny Craig spokeswoman stuck to the program "like glue". The same long-time friend assured this time round has Kirsty did things a little differently. Only the "best of the best ingredients" kept the star looking svelte, begging the question, what other type of Jenny Craig ingredients are there if not the best of the best?
Kirsty is certainly committed to her regime, planning to keep to her weight goals by cycling to friends' houses. Take note.
