1. Toni Street and Mike Hosking barely knew each other before they joined TV One's controversial current affairs show Seven Sharp. But Hosking tells Woman's Day he can barely get rid of her. "I'm telling you, she seems to constantly be at my place, eating dinner and drinking my wine. She's there with her husband and her kid, and I have not yet been invited back to her place, but she does spend a lot of time at our house, so I'm pretty sure she's having a great time and we're getting on like a house on fire," Hosking says. It's not all bad: apparently Toni's homemade ice cream is to die for. But where's Jesse Mulligan?
2. "Outta here!" screams New Idea's headline for a story on oversharing radio couple Jay-Jay Feeney and Dom Harvey. But don't pop the champagne just yet - they're not leaving their morning show on The Edge - they've just been on a delayed OE to Europe during their Christmas break. And they got up to some interesting activities. "In the cemetary where Jim Morrison is buried there's a journalist called Victor Noir," Feeney tells the mag. "There's a statue of him on top of the casket and apparently if you rub his crotch and kiss his lips at the same time, and then throw a flower into his top hat, it's good luck for fertility." Harvey admits he filmed her Feeney doing it. Of course he did.
3. Nothing Trivial star Debbie Newby Ward has given birth to her first child with hubby and pool boy Brendon Ward. It's a boy, and they've called him - wait for it - Zeppelin. "It just kind of chose us," Ward tells WD. "I like 'Z' names. His nicknames are Zep, Zeppy, Zeppity Doo Dah and Zee Jay." Let's hope little Zeppelin loses some of those by the time he's at school.
4. Martin Crowe and Lorraine Downes open up about their relationship to WW, telling the mag a successful marriage is "something you have to work at". "Of course we have our differences but now we deal with them a lot better," Downes says. "We have a saying in our house if we think someone is a bit off about something. We ask, 'Have you got something in your sack?', meaning are they carrying around something that they are not happy about it ... It's a really healthy way of dealing with issues." And vodka. Vodka helps too.
