The Armageddon Expo returns to Auckland at Labour Weekend with its line-up of sci-fi and fantasy stars keen to meet and greet their respective cult followings.
Among this year's line-up are current Doctor Who villain Mark Sheppard and Louise Jameson, who played Leela, the companion to fourth doctor Tom Baker.
Also with their autograph pens out will be Nicholas Brendon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Alaina Huffman (SGU and Smallville) Amanda Tapping, (Stargate SG1), Colin Cunningham (Falling Skies) and Bruce Boxleitner (Tron and Babylon 5).
Joined by various voice artists and comic book creatives, the guests will be just part of the geekfest (which also includes live wrestling, the national skateboard champs and gaming displays) at the ASB showgrounds. The event attracted 44,000 visitors last year.
