That's what riled readers of George RR Martin's books are asking after HBO's latest cast announcement revealed a prominent female character has been excluded from season five.
In the books Arianne Martell, the niece of the shockingly killed Oberyn and heiressto the capital city of Dorne, is an important part of the storyline.
The fictional kingdom, which differs from its other Seven Kingdoms counterparts in that women can rule, is set to become an important location in season five of the hit fantasy show.
But Arianne doesn't get a start at all in the small-screen version even though other members of her family have been cast, including her father Doran Martell (Alexander Siddig) and younger brother Trystane Martell (Toby Sebastian).
In fact, Trystane's character appears to replace Arianne's as the heir to Dorne.
The change came as a shock to Thrones fans who wanted to see the female-friendly plot line continue on TV.
"Is it true they erased Arianne Martell? Because if they did I'll be so frustrated and sad D: @GameOfThrones Strong women for Westeros!" one fan tweeted.
