Emma Watson plans to return to Brown University.
The 21-year-old actress - who put her studies at the US University on hold last year in order to concentrate on promoting Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1 and 2 - will enrol at the UK's Oxford University in September, but she insists she will return to America in 2013 to complete her four-year liberal arts degree.
She said: "I haven't left Brown. I'm still enrolled at Brown. But I'm doing my third year abroad I'm going to Oxford in the fall to study English for a year.
"I'll go back to the States to do my last year. I took a semester off, but my credits actually count as an advance, so I'm no further behind. I'm still technically going into my third year."
Emma - who is best known for playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter film series - recently revealed she decided to study in the US in order to be "normal" for a while, which she felt she couldn't do if she studied in Britain.
She explained: "I suddenly felt very claustrophobic. I thought, 'I can't stay here, I won't be able to concentrate, I won't be left alone.'
"I don't want to put a negative light on it, as if I was escaping or anything like that. I think I wanted to meet people my own age and just be normal for a bit."
