To loud cheers Wilson stepped out onto the stage with a swagger, rocking a bedazzled black Adidas track suit with her pseudonym Reb encrypted upon the back.
The Super Fun Night star brought out a matching track suit with her cohort's name imprinted upon the back in the same fashionable gold as her own.
To finish off the look, DeGeneres smugly pulled out a large, multi-fingered ring with the word Deezy boldly etched into the ring.
"Let me put my ring back on, cause you got this for me, didn't you Deezy?" DeGeneres said, showing off her bold, bedazzled piece of jewellery.
While standing in front of a large tapestry of the two posing together in styles reminiscent of 1980's hip-hop, the blonde rapping duos listed off their favourite tracks from their yet-to-be released album.
"Baby Got Backfat," Wilson rattled off with a smile as the audience roared with laughter.
"One of my favourites is Booty Slap for Africa," The ABC star said as she proudly began to slap her own bum.
"There's that one, One In The Hand Is Worth Two In The Bush. That's our more romantic kind of ballad."
Degeneres then joined in the fun.
"The song that's really blowing up the charts though, when it gets to the charts it will blow up, is Watching Cats on the Internet," she said.
Wilson then added: "I mean, I heard it's already been downloaded like, five times. Do you guys want to hear it?"
Set to the deep beat of a gangster rap, Wilson started off the rap with lyrics that matched the toughness of the rhythm.
"Kitty cat, kitty cat, kitty cat, kitty cat," Rebel rapped into the microphone. "It's a Saturday night and I'm feeling alright ... tonight I'd rather be watching cats on the internet."
Wilson will be reprising her musically inclined character in the sequel to the 2012 comedic hit Pitch Perfect, Pitch Perfect 2.
The film is expected to be released on May 15, 2015 in the United States.
