Ed Sheeran has landed his own frozen treat after manufacturers in Ireland decided to rename their gingerbread ice cream sandwich after the British pop star.
The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker's success inspired bosses at HB Ice Cream to rework the packaging design for their Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwich to feature a red-headed gingerbread man holding a guitar.
The new box features the flavour's new name, Ginger-Ed, and although the idea isn't officially linked to Sheeran, the singer has given the product a big thumbs up.
Sheeran shared a photo of the new ice cream sandwich box on Instagram.com on Friday, and captioned it, "You know you've made it when..."
The star is in Dublin, Ireland this weekend to perform two gigs at the city's famous Croke Park.
