Sheer magic - that was the verdict of more than 8,000 screaming fans last night when Ed Sheeran rocked Auckland's Vector Arena.
The 24-year-old British singer-songwriter played the first of two sizzling concerts at the city venue and delighted his devotees with a hit-packed set.
Sheeran blasted out favourites such as Give Me Love, I See Fire and You Need Me, I Don't Need You and Thinking Out Loud, as he continued his love affair with New Zealand.
Earlier in the week the chart-topper captivated gig-goers in Christchurch and Wellington.
Tonight he is back at the Vector to do it all again.
