The copies of Uncharted 4 that recently appeared on eBay are stolen, says Sony.
Posting on the PlayStation Blog, Sony Computer Entertainment president Shuhei Yoshida said that "a number of copies" of Naughty Dog's adventure title "were stolen in transit."
A company spokesperson told MCV that "some contents from a lorry [...] including a quantity of the much anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, was stolen in the UK, during a violent assault."

The early copies initially appeared to be merely the result of retailers jumping the gun, but Sony confirmed that it "[has] yet to ship any stock of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End to retail."
