KEY POINTS:
Hayley Westenra is set to sing at tomorrow's Anzac Day Dawn Service in Wellington but says she is not looking forward to the early morning start.
The chart-topping singer told the Dominion Post she was honoured to perform at the ceremony but was not much of a morning person.
"I think Anzac Day is something everyone has some connection to through a family member who was involved. It's really nice that we have an opportunity to pay our respects to the people who did give their lives, and paid the highest price for us," she told the paper.
Twenty-year-old Westenra will also perform at the Pipitea Marae RSA after-function, where she will sing Danny Boy.
