Two drunk Disney on Ice performers have been arrested and kicked out of the show after partying in a hotel in New South Wales.
Acting Inspector Craig Hassett said police were called to the Newcastle Travelodge around 3.30am (AEST) on Monday after complaints about a rowdy party from other guests.
He said a Russian man and a Ukrainian man, who were touring with the Disney Princesses and Heroes ice skating show, were arrested for being "heavily intoxicated" and abusing hotel staff.
The men were forcefully removed from the hotel by police and detained for about two-and-a-half hours until being released into the care of their management.
"They were being disruptive at the Travelodge, that's why police were originally called and they were detained as intoxicated persons," Insp Hassett said.
