Canadian rapper Drake has done a Beyonce by dropping his new collaborative LP, What A Time To Be Alive, without notice.
Available exclusively through iTunes and Apple Music, Drake said the 11 track album, featuring hip-hop artist Future, is "a little soundtrack for people that need it right now."
Speaking of his collaboration with Future, Drake said there was no other artist like him in the industry.
"I went to Atlanta for six days a couple weeks ago with the hopes of doing some songs with Future, and when you get around Future, it's like a vortex," said Drake on his OVO Sound Radio show.
"It's tough to see someone do four, five songs in one night and not try to match it."
