The former radio DJ found guilty of sexually assaulting Taylor Swift at a concert in 2013 has said he's on the verge of taking some very extreme measures in the wake of his conviction.
At a backstage meet-and-greet before Swift's concert at Denver's Pepsi Arena back in2013, radio DJ David Mueller and his girlfriend at the time posed with the then-23-year-old singer where Mueller grabbed Swift's buttocks.
Immediately after the photo was taken, a distressed Swift reported the incident to her team, including her mother Andrea Swift.
Andrea reported the incident to KYGO-FM, the country radio station where Mueller was a morning host and earning $US150,000 a year at his self-described "dream job".
"I offered to do a job that I did when I first got into radio which is just screening phone calls," he added.
Mueller, who still insists he didn't grab the singer, told the website it's his face that's the issue - despite working in radio.
"I think it's hard for people to picture having me around. I'm hoping to clear my name and get my reputation back so I can work on a morning show," he said, before revealing his next stop would be plastic surgery.
"When I'm talking to people, not one person has said yeah, let's give him a chance. But that might change you know, this is still very fresh. It was a big story this week so maybe in the future I might have to get some plastic surgery and change my identity, I don't know, I really don't know," he told them.
Mueller, who was seeking up to $3 million, denied Swift's allegation from the start and maintained his innocence after the verdict.
