A Bahamian newspaper has printed photos of Anna Nicole Smith and immigration minister Steve Gibson in bed together.
The pair are fully clothed but appear close together in an embrace.
Gibson came under political fire last year when opposition members questioned his granting of Smith's permanent residency, alleging he gave the former Playboy model special treatment.
The Tribune of Nassau received the photos on Sunday from an unidentified source.
Smith died in a Florida hotel room, of unknown causes, last week. Her infant daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was in the care of Gibson's family in the Bahamas at the time, according to People magazine.
