The parents of a 21-year-old man who drowned in Demi Moore's pool after a booze-fueled party are suing the actress.
Victim Edenilson Steven Valle's parents filed their lawsuit in February, but originally only named the caretaker who threw the party and the trust that owns the Beverly Hills home.
But the Daily Mail is reporting the 54-year-old star has just recently been added as a defendant.
Valle died after attending a party at the house in July 2015, which was thrown by Moore's caretaker while she was out of town.
Most of the partygoers left at one point, and later returned to find Valle face down in the pool.
Investigators believe Valle tripped and fell into the pool and then drowned. Earlier, he told the other partygoers that he didn't know how to swim.
