Demi Moore has had US$200,000 (NZD$267,000) worth of clothes stolen.
The discovery was made by someone from the actress' team on Monday, when they realised the star's storage unit in north Hollywood was unusually spacious because numerous items had been stolen.
Although there was a large selection of pieces in the facility, gossip website TMZ reports law enforcement officials as saying the thieves only took "high-end, and in some cases, irreplaceable" pieces, with Demi still trying to work out which items have been taken by making an itemised list.
However, police have been left perplexed by the crime as there were no signs of a break-in, leading the 52-year-old beauty to believe it was someone from the storage unit who had taken the designer goods.
