Simon Barnett and partner Vanessa Cole have foxtrotted their way to the top of this week's Dancing With the Stars leaderboard.
The pair scored a trio of 9s with the first dance of the show, to the Christmas standard Baby It's Cold Outside, leaving the seven other couples chasing shadows on a night with a very loose 'Winter Wonderland' theme.
Barnett's closest competition came from the consistent Siobhan Marshall's waltz to Frozen hit Let It Go, and spurned Bachelor contestant Chrystal Chenery's Viennese waltz to karaoke classic Kiss From a Rose, both of which scored 25.
At the other end of the leaderboard, Teuila Blakely's "hip hop-infused" cha-cha to Ice Ice Baby left the judges ice cold, scoring it 13 to put it below Pam Corkery's tango to the Eurhythmics and Ben Barrington's rhumba to shouty ballad Jar of Hearts.
The judges' scores will be combined with the public vote in a complex mathematical equation rivalling cricket's Duckworth-Lewis system to determine the lowest-ranked couple, who will be eliminated tomorrow night.
