Tom Cruise has scaled the world's tallest building for a series of vertigo-inducing stunts for the new Mission Impossible movie.
MSN.com is screening footage of Cruise performing stunts while dangling on the side of Dubai's Burj Khalifa skyscraper, which at 830 metres is the world's tallest building.
MSN reported the 49-year-old performed all of his own stunts for Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol - the action-packed fourth film in the superspy series.
This includes a scene where he jumps out of a window of the Burj Khalifa, and the website's footage shows Cruise climbing the building's windows, running around the face of the skyscraper and launching himself off the side.
Cellphone footage of Cruise performing the stunt hit the web a year ago, but was dismissed by fans as a stuntman. MSN says its video proves Cruise performed the stunts himself.
