Friends star Courteney Cox is engaged to her toyboy lover.
The 50-year-old revealed the news that she is to marry Northern Irish musician Johnny McDaid, 37, from rock band Snow Patrol, on Twitter. She posted a selfie with McDaid, pictured, with the caption: 'I'm engaged to him!' while he tweeted:'I'm engaged to her!'
The pair began dating around eight months ago. It is thought they got engaged while celebrating Miss Cox's 50th birthday on holiday in the Turks and Caicos.
Miss Cox, who is best known for playing Monica in Friends, divorced her first husband, actor David Arquette, last year after 14 years of marriage.
