TORONTO - Actor Corey Haim has been laid to rest at a private ceremony in his hometown of Toronto, Canada.
The 38-year-old was farewelled at a ceremony attended by about 200 relatives and close friends, the Toronto Star reported on its website.
The actor, who shot to stardom in the 1980s with films such as The Lost Boys and Lucas, died last Wednesday in Los Angeles.
An autopsy has yet to confirm the cause of death but a police spokesperson openly speculated it may have been the result of a drug overdose, the Star reported.
