It may be almost three decades since she started modelling but it seems Christy Turlington can still put on a radiant display.
The 43-year-old mother of two spends little time in the limelight these days. But she proves she has still got that cover-girl allure in a shoot for Tatler magazine's May edition.
One of the shots shows Christy flashing a dazzling smile as she leans against a spotlight wearing an embroidered, black sequined Roberto Cavalli dress, metal-heeled shoes and a platinum and diamond necklace.
The brunette model, who is married to actor Edward Burns, was one of a select group of supermodels, including Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista and Tatjana Patitz, who defined the fashion industry in the Nineties.
Now Christy, who started her career in 1985 at the age of 15, is a full-time mother to Grace, eight, and six-year-old Finn. She models for only 15 days a year.
