KEY POINTS:
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly set to marry in South Africa this Christmas.
The couple are said to have chosen a picturesque village outside Johannesburg for the intimate ceremony.
Both actors are reportedly determined to keep the nuptials - which are expected to include tribal African music - as low-key as possible, with only a few selected guests attending.
A source told OK magazine: "They are treating their marriage like a spiritual affirmation and don't need big Hollywood glitz like Tom Cruise had in Italy."
The sparse guest list is rumoured to include George Clooney and Daniel Craig.
Chat show host Oprah Winfrey is also expected to attend, as she suggested the romantic location to Brad and Angelina after sponsoring a school in the area.
The couple have a seven-month-old daughter, Shiloh Nouvel, together as well as two adopted children Maddox, five, and 23-month-old Zahara.
Brad and Angelina have both been married before.
The 'Troy' actor tied the knot with Jennifer Aniston in 2000, but the couple divorced in 2005.
The 'Tomb Raider' actress married British actor Johnny Lee Miller in 1996, but they separated a year later.
In 2000, Angelina married actor Billy Bob Thornton. Their union ended three years later.
