Chris Brown is facing a lawsuit from an autograph hunting fan who alleges members of the singer's entourage stole his hat.
Marq Stevenson reportedly attended the R&B superstar's concert in Dallas, Texas last year and handed his hat to Chris' associates in order obtain his signature.
Editors at TMZ.com report that Marq has filed a lawsuit against the singer, 27, demanding $US 2,750 ($NZ4105) as he claims members of Chris' entourage did not return his headgear and bullied him.

According to the gossip site, Marq is demanding $25 ($NZ37) in compensation for his lost hat, $225 ($NZ335) for his ticket to the Dallas show and $2,500 ($NZ3731) in damages for the alleged bullying.
